PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal collapsing of a bubble cassette by providing the titled device with thermal detecting means that detects the temperature inside a bubble cassette receiving part and cooling means that is made turn on/off by the output of the said means, and thereby activating cooling means when the said temperature exceeds a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A switching means 14 and a displaying means 15 are attached to a front panel 11. In the top parts of the bubble cassette receiving parts 10a-10h, air intake holes 20a-20h are provided, and in the bottom, exhaust holes shown by 21a-21d are pierced at the boundary of the two sets of bubble cassette housing part corresponding to the bubble cassette housing parts 10a; 10b-10g; 10h and the bottom in communicated with a duct 12. At the front end of the ducts, fan motors 5a-5d is respectively attached to discharge the heat to the inside of the housing part. The heat of an attaching-circuit housing part 19 also is discharged by a fan motor 22. As a result, the power consumption is reduced, and the reliability of the titled device is improved.
