PURPOSE:To prevent effectively so-called 'tape squeaking' by forming isolating members of a specific alloy and adding an org. lubricating agent to a fixing material. CONSTITUTION:The isolating members 3, 3' are formed of any among a Be-Cu (beryllium-copper) alloy, Ni-Cu (nickel-copper) alloy and Cu-Ti (copper-titanium) alloy or a combination of plural kinds thereof. The org. lubricating agent is preferably added to the fixing material 6 within an approximately 0.1-30% range by the weight of the base material such as epoxy resin for the material 6. The effect of preventing the tape squeaking is hardly admitted with the constitution of the members 3, 3' if the at, of the lubricating agent to be added is <=0.1%. The deterioration in various characteristics including dimensional stability, heat resistance, etc. is caused if said amt. is >=30%.
