PURPOSE:To obtain a titled circuit having high accuracy by digitizing a synchronization detecting circuit for deciding a fact that a titled switch is in a prescribed photodetecting state or light shielding state. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of the first and the second storing circuits 9, 10 are received through a coincidence detecting circuit 11, and its coincidence or dissidence is detected and outputted. Subsequently, an output of the coincidence detecting output 11 is passed through the first gate circuit 13. Next, a count-up output is generated through a dissidence frequency counter 14. Thereafter, the storage contents of the first storing circuit 9 are transferred to the second storing circuit 10 by the count-up output of the dissidence frequency counter 14. In this way, a synchronization detecting circuit can be digitized, and made to have high accuracy. |
