发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR OBJECT MOVING DISTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a distance measuring error, and to measure a moving distance of an object with a high accuracy from image information by providing an image input part, an error calculating part, an error minimum point detecting part and a distance converting part. CONSTITUTION:An image input part 1 photographs an object to be measured. A feature extracting part 2 has a function for converting the image information which has been photographed by said input part 1, as a one-dimensional feature signal train. An error calculating part 3 compares two feature signal trains from the image information photographed at different time points, prepared in order to calculate error information, and calculates an error by shifting the signals to be compared. An error minimum point detecting part 4 approximates the error information calculated by the calculating part 3, by utilizing a secondary curve, and calculates a point in which its error becomes minimum. A distance converting part 5 derives a moving distance corresponding to a point in which an error calculated by the detecting part 4 becomes minimum, by referring to a position conversion table which is prepared in advance.
