PURPOSE:To prevent data from being collapsed due to overheat by constituting the titled device in a manner that a bubble cassette containing part that contains plural bubble cassettes, and an attached circuit containing part that contains a power supply, etc., are located individually in different chambers, and uniformly cooling separately respective chambers by utilizing plural fan units. CONSTITUTION:In the rear part of the bubble cassette containing parts 12a-12h, too, the attached circuit containing part 13 that contains the power supply 3, bubble memory controller 4, and an interface 5 is formed, which is separated into independent chambers by a diaphragm 14, etc. Intake holes 15a-15h are provided in the top part of the containing parts 12a-12h. Exhaust holes 16a-16h corresponding to the number of fan units are provided in a chassis 9 in such a way that the said holes exist for each of the bubble cassette containing parts 12a-12h or they extend over the diaphragms 10a, 10c, 10e, and 10g. And further, to the rear part of the chassis 9, the fan units 19a-19h are attached, which are connected with respective exhaust holes by a duct. In consequence, cooling of the bubble cassette containing part can be provided separately, and data-collapsing due to overheating of any specified bubble cassette can be prevented.
