PURPOSE:To prevent switching impact and biting by utilizing two hydraulic couplings, clutch, etc. alternatively and switching the speed at nonload side. CONSTITUTION:Upon supply of working oil to a hydraulic coupling h/j, the output shaft will start rotation through the wheels (a), (b), (d), (p), (h), (j), (l), (n). When increasing the working oil gradually, the rotation of the output shaft will increase gradually. In order to increase the rotation furthermore, the clutch (e) and the pinion (c) should be coupled prior to be fulfilled. When approaching to fulfillment, the working oil is injected to the hydraulic coupling i/k to shift the load gradually from p-shaft(low speed) to q-shaft(high speed). In order to increase the rotation furthermore, the clutch (d) is coupled from the neutral position to the pinion (f). Then the load is taken gradually to p-shaft thus to reduce the load on q-shaft. |
