PURPOSE:To supply effectively the combustion gas heat into a heating chamber and improve durability of each component by forming, in the heating chamber, the connecting section between the section in which part of the combustion gas passage is provided and the combustion chamber of a pulse combustion unit and forming the contact faces made of ceramic on the inside wall of the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:Contact faces 13 are formed by ceramic coated layer 15 applied to the inside wall faces of a combustion chamber 5, tail pipe 6, decoupler 7 and main body 14 of each component of a connection end 8a on the side of the decoupler 7 in a heat exchanger 8. With this arrangement the heat conductivity of those contact faces 13 is lowered and the heat quantity transferred outside from the main body 14 of each component is reduced. The natural heat radiation from the main body 14 of each component to outside is also reduced. As a result the heat of the combustion gas in a pulse combustor 4 is led at a high temperature to the inside of an oven 2. It is, therefore, possible to heat and cook foods to be cooked in the inside of the oven 2, using effectively the combustion gas heat from the pulse combustor 4. |
