<p>PURPOSE:To stably drive loads with an inexpensive circuit by providing a current augmentation circuit operated for a predetermined time at the start and constituting the base circuit of a main transistor with the combination of a voltage detection signal and a delay signal. CONSTITUTION:A load driving main circuit I is constituted with loads 27, such as a battery 1, a power supply switch 2, a main (output) transistor Tr4, and a motor, and this main circuit I is controlled by a control circuit II. This control circuit II is constituted with a base circuit IIa of the main transistor Tr4 including a base current augmentation circuit IIa', an operation circuit IIb operating the augmentation circuit IIa' for a required time, and a control circuit IIc controlling the conduction of the base circuit IIa. The control circuit IIc is constituted with a voltage detection circuit IIc' to detect the voltage of the Tr4 and an integration circuit IIc outputting a delayed operation signal after a DC power supply 1 is turned on when the power supply switch 2 or a starting switch 3 is closed.</p> |
