PURPOSE:To stop a Nelson roller in a short time by reducing speed by operating a regenerative brake circuit of a driving power source and reducing the frequency and maintaining the frequency for a certain time after the min. frequency value is obtained and then operating the DC control. CONSTITUTION:A timer is started when the min. frequency signal reaches, and the output is held at the min. frequency during the set time on the timer, and during this time, two induction motors realize the speed corresponding to the min. frequency. Therefore, at the moment 3 when the set time lapses, the DC brake of a driving power source is operated for 2.5sec, and two induction motors can be perfectly stopped nearly at the same time. |
