<p>The heat chambers are constructed with a glazed window in the base wall in front of the oven loading aperture, which can be closed by door. The window may also be situated in the side wall of the chamber, and the purpose is to allow the public to see the bread being made in another room which has an aperture in its wall communicating with the glazed window. Trolleys with trays, on which the products to be cooked are placed, are introduced into the chamber.</p> |
