PURPOSE:To improve productivity by simultaneously and properly taking-up two stripes of materials by simultaneously revolving and relatively revolving two taking-up reels at a same time, in a taking-up machine for a band-shaped metal plate in a press working line. CONSTITUTION:A reel flange 24 is installed at the top edge of a driving shaft 18 which is revolved and stopped by a taking-up driving apparatus 15, and a center pin 25 inserted so as to be relatively rotatably into the both center holes RC of the taking-up reels R1 and R2 is installed onto the reel flange 24. A driving point 26 engaged with the engagement hole Rd of the taking-up reel R1 is installed in demountable ways into the engagement hole Rd of the taking-up reel R2, and a reel flange 59 is installed at the top edge of a driving shaft 49 which is revolved and stopped by a taking-up driving apparatus 29. Said reel flange 59 can be set so as to advance and retreat for the taking-up reel R2 on the center pin 25. An engaging pin 61 is installed in projection onto the reel flange 59, and an electromagnetic clutch 57 is installed onto the taking-up driving apparatus 29.
