PURPOSE:To perform page-turning free of wasting of a rolled printing paper, by a control wherein in using a continuous paper, an appropriate amount of line feeding is conducted instead of page-turning to space compositions from each other when page-turning is not required. CONSTITUTION:In using a roller paper, a rolled paper using command code is inputted into a microprocessor 1 when inputting a printing command code through a keyboard 2. By this, the microprocessor 1 does not send a page- turning code to a printer 6 even where a page-turning code is present in character codes, but sends to the printer 6 a line feeding code for performing such line feeding that characters or symbols in the final line printed can be read even after the rolled paper is cut. Accordingly, at the printer 6, a complete composition is printed, then the rolled paper is fed according with the line feeding code sent from the microprocessor, and a composition corresponding to the next form is printed, whereby the rolled paper is prevented from being wasted. |
