PURPOSE:To obtain the titled coated film having excellent reflective ability and high reflective brightness by coating a reflective paint mixed with transparent fine beads on the surface of a material to be coated, drying the paint, then applying a solvent to dissolve the surface layer and removing the surface layer to expose the fine beads. CONSTITUTION:A reflective paint 22 or ink mixed with transparent fine beads 24 is coated in the form of a film on the surface of a material 10 to be coated and dried to form a coated film 20a including the transparent fine beads 24. A solvent is applied to the surface of the coated film 20a to dissolve the surface layer and the surface layer is immediately removed by exerting sweeping force along the surface to expose the transparent fine beads 24. The reflective coated film thus formed has excellent reflective ability and high reflective brightness.
