PURPOSE:To prevent involvement of air into a metering cylinder at the time of supply of rubber into the same, by performing preparation of the rubber under a state wherein vacuum suction has been performed through an extruding head which is at a separate position from a supply port through a three-way valve and the titled device is made into a cutting-off type. CONSTITUTION:After loading of a lump of a mixed compound, a sealing lid 19 is closed and vacuum sucking is performed through a suction nozzle 23. In this instance, as a position of a three-way valve is under a state communicating a material metering cylinder 3 with a material loading cylinder 1, a rubber material R flows into the material metering cylinder 3. In succession to the above, the three-way valve 5 is turned by acting a hydraulic rocking motor 41, the rubber material R equivalent to protrusion amount extruded through an opening wall surface of an extrusion head 9 is cut off and then the device is ascended again by a signal of an approaching switch 75 turned ON by a method wherein a spacer 51 is pressed at the top of a plunger 27. |
