PURPOSE:To make a disembarkation passageway in cooperation with the gangplank of a landed boat, by causing a disembarkation facility to move by itself on a beach to the edge of water, and by operating a securing unit to secure a chassis, and by using a bulldozer to pull out a plank. CONSTITUTION:When a disembarkation facility 1, which has a plank 11 on a self-moving chassis 2 and is provided with a securing unit 10 at one end of the facility and is coupled at the other end to a bulldozer 20, is to be installed, the facility is caused to move by itself on a beach 32 to the edge 33 of water first. The securing unit 10 is then operated to secure the chassis 2. The bulldozer 20 is then used to pull out the plank 11 to make a disembarkation passageway in cooperation with the gangplank 42 of a landed boat 40. The disembarkation facility can thus be installed efficiently at a low cost near the edge of water in severe natural environment.
