<p>PURPOSE:To unify a distribution and thickness of a resin layer of a product, by a method wherein resin-impregnated base materials which are to be laminated are divided into two or more groups, the base materials in one group are combined beforehand, upon which those materials which are in the other groups are put upon for lamination. CONSTITUTION:Resin-impregnated base materials 1-6 which are to be laminated are divided into two or more groups, for example, the group for the materials 1-3 and the group for the materials 4-6, out of which the first group for the materials 1-3 is kept combined by a piling roll 7 and a pair of rolls 8, 8' and the second group for the materials 4-6 is kept piling similary by a roll 9 and a pair of rolls 10, 10'. As the materials are grouped and kept piling, a laminated sheet whose distribution and thickness of resin between base material layers are uniform is obtained.</p> |
