摘要 Grape juice is thickened by evaporating the water contained in it. During the evaporation process, the grape juice is first partly concentrated and after 20-70% (50%) of the total evaporation process it is cooled and the argol is removed by settling and filtering. The juice is then returned to the evaporator for final concentration.
