PURPOSE:To obtain a solution by matrix suitable for pipe line in processing by utilizing as index vector and row/column numbers of non-zero elements of a matrix whose structure in randam and spares and by executing vector operation on a row of non-zero element values. CONSTITUTION:The first thing to be done as pre-processing is to detect filling f32 and f4 using the method of solution by the LU resolution method and to store the structure of the matrix. Next, in the advancing elimination process in the Gaussian Elimination method, vector operation is executed on the element value column where non-zero elements are arranged in column sequence for necessary columns according to the information of the structure of the upward triangular matrix, and also in the retreat substitution process, non-zero elements on each row are taken out using column numbers of the structure of the upward triangular matrix as index vector. |
