PURPOSE:To reduce remarkably a radial vibration of a bearing for rotating an outer ring by fixing an inner ring used for a linear actuator and rotating the outer ring to make a grinding finish by a grinder. CONSTITUTION:A grinding finish of the outer ring of a bearing 1 is started at first by rotating a motor 8, thereby a gear 20 and a belt 7 in the direction shown by an arrow H, a rubber roller 2 in the direction shown by G, and a bearing 1 in the direction shown by E, respectively, and at the same time a belt 6 in the direction of I, and a grinder 3 in the direction of F, respectively. Then, a grinder feed device 5 is moved in the direction shown by an arrow D, the grinder 3 rotating in the direction F contacts with the bearing 1 rotating in the direction of E and a contact surface, namely, outer ring thereof is ground. A grinding is carried out by the same quantity to 0.5mum substantially of a general radial vibration. In this manner, after assembling, the inner ring is fixed and applying a pre-load to the outer ring a grinding finish by the grinder 3 is done, so that the bearing 1 for rotating the outer ring of a small radial vibration can be produced.
