On the one hand, to the branch trunk 13 the terminal equipment, such as an opposite party answer signal receiver 6 in the intra-office used without fail in the photographic information relaying connection, and an interface unit 5, etc. are fixedly (in terms of hardware) connected in advance by a connecting path 16 by the office data, etc. By this, there comes no need to install the connecting path 16 each connection request.
