CONSTITUTION:To input terminals 102 and 103, the output of the high frequency signal and the local oscillator are inputted, and the output terminal of a hybrid circuit 104 is connected through through-holes 105 and 106 to lines 110 and 111 at the lower surface of the substrate. The space at the upper surface of a substrate 101 surrounded by the hybrid circuit 104 forms a ground electric conductor 107, and is electrically connected to a ground electric conductor 109 at the lower surface of the substrate 101 through a through-hole 108 provided at the periphery. At the lower surface of the substrate 101, overlapping with the ground electric conductor 107 at the upper surface of the substrate 101, a diode or a low-pass filter, and further, if there is allowance in the shape, the circuit such as an intermediate frequency amplifier are mounted at a narrow area 112.
