PURPOSE:To always enable the determination of wind direction and velocity, by arranging a decision circuit for judging on the need for the correction of wind direction and velocity signals outputted from a anemoscope/anemometer, a direction sensor, a velocity sensor, a correction circuit and a synthesization circuit. CONSTITUTION:Wind direction and velocity signals 18 measured 5 are judged 11 by a calculated wind direction and velocity signals 23 and when the correction is required, they are outputted as wind direction and velocity signal 19 while when no correction is required, a wind direction and velocity correction zero signal 22 is outputted. The shielding area data 26 calculated 15 from distance data 24 of a transmitter 5 and an obstacle equipment 6 and the overall size data 25 of the equipment 6 are inputted into a wind direction and velocity correction circuit 12 together with the signal 19 to output a correction signal 20. Then, a rotation bearing signal 27 and a rotational speed signal 28 of the equipment 6 outputted from a equipment rotation bearing sensor 16 and a equipment rotational speed sensor 17 of the equipment 6 are inputted into a wind direction/velocity correction circuit 13 together with the signal 20 and after the correction of the shielding area, outputted as wind direction and velocity correction signal 21. The signal 21 is vector synthesized with signals 18 and 22 to output a signal 23.
