PURPOSE:To make continuous manufacture possible and to obtain a method of film forming of a recording medium that realizes mass production by coating an adhesive on the surface of a running laminated body in which recording layers are laminated, sticking a film for bonding and taking up. CONSTITUTION:A protective layer is coated on a film substrate 13 by running the substrate on a transfer roller 5 on the way of transport from a pay out roll 1 to a can 3, and molten resin filled in a hopper 11 is supplied to the transfer roller 5 through a roller 4. A material 9 of a photomagnetic recording layer filled in an evaporation source layer 8 is laminated, and the bonding layer is coated on the recording layer by running the film substrate 13 on a roller 6. Then, it runs further, and a film 15 for sticking is stuck. The film 15 for sticking is sent to a tension adjusting roll 14 placed on the carrying passage of the substrate film 13 from a supply roll 10, and stuck to the adhering layer at the part of the roll 14 and stuck together.
