PURPOSE:To reduce a noise and to prevent the deterioration in traveling property and still characteristic after the storage under high temp. and in high humidity by specifying the contact angle with water on the surface of a topcoat layer and the contact angle with water on the surface of a backcoat layer. CONSTITUTION:When the contact angle with water on the surface of a topcoat layer is shown as thetat and the contact angle with water on the surface of a backcoat layer as thetab, both thetat and thetab are regulated to >=100 deg., or preferably to 100-140 deg., and ¦thetat-thetab¦ is preferably adjusted to <=10 deg.. When either of thetat and thetab is less than 100 deg., the traveling property at high temp. and humidity is deteriorated and the modulation noises are increased. At <100 deg. thetat, the durability and still characteristic are deteriorated, clogging is increased and the preservability at high temp. and in high humidity is deteriorated. Besides, at <100 deg. thetab, the modulation noises are increased, clogging is increased and the preservability is deteriorated.
