PURPOSE:To control stably the temp. of a material uniformly and to obtain easily the item having good adhesion state, external appearance and shape by using the heating rolling roll providing a temp. adjustable heating source on the inner part. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rolling rolls to roll a base metal 1 and clad metal 2 are composed of the heating roll 3 to bury at equal intervals electric heater 5 on a roll surface layer part and a room temp. flat roll 4. The heating roll 3 has the groove 6 of the size corresponding to the width of the cladding metal 2, performing the positioning of the clad metal 2 on the roll with this groove 6 as the guide. A heating furnace 7 heats the clad metal 2 to the prescribed temp. The surface temp. of the heating roll 3 is set to the prescribed temp. by the adjustment of the electric heater 5. |
