PURPOSE:To increase the number of additional information for assigning (l) bits in (n)-bit data of the most significant digits of (m)-digit numerical data by regarding (l) bits of mn-bit data as plural mode specifying data and assigning (m)-digit numeric data of every (n) bits. CONSTITUTION:An ID 3 is data indicating hour or minute information and 0-9 as the 1st figure to the left of the decimal point and 0-7 (or 0-5 for minute information) as the 2nd figure are assigned to up to the 3rd bit counted from the least significant digit bit and the 4th-6th bits respectively. The 7th bit of the ID 3 is data indicating whether the least significant digit bit and the 0th-the 6th bits are time information or not. Further, an ID 4 is data indicating second information; 0-9 as the 1st figure and 0-5 as the 2nd figure are assigned to the least significant digit and the 0th-the 3rd bits, and the 4th-the 9th bits. The 7th bit of the ID 4 is data indicating whether hour infor mation based upon the IDs 3 and 4 is from a tape end or from the head of a program having a program number indicated by an ID 2. |
