PURPOSE:To elevate the quality stability of products and the operability in manufacture, improving the hot water resistance and the durability of a vulcanizing bladder by using the vulcanizing bladder shaped with the rubber composition which contains a specified polyorganosiloxane or said siloxane and organic rubber and is reinforced by carbon black. CONSTITUTION:When a rubber product is shaped and vulcanized, organic rubber A and polyorganosiloxane B or polyorganosiloxane B are contained in the vulcanizing bladder to be used, and the composition ratio is set to be in the range of A/B=95/5-0/100. Polyorganosiloxane is shown by a formula 1, and at least 6mol% or more in substituents R, R' is the hydrocarbon substituent whose molecular attraction coefficient of Small is equal to 350 or more, and it is shaped with rubber composition containing carbon black. |
