PURPOSE:To effciently supply and insert the end part of the wire cut in a prescribed length into a core by a method wherein a wire inserting device is moved forward or backward in the direction orthogonally intersecting with the wire to be fed, and a pair of feeding rollers are opened or closed. CONSTITUTION:When a wire inserting device 56 is advanced along guide rails 63 and 64 together with a forward-backward moving member 65 by pivotally moving an extruding lever 96 and pressing a forward-backward sliding shaft 65, the opened second feeding roller 76 and the movable mouth piece 77b are inserted into the lower side of the wire, and the first feeding roller 25 and a fixed mouth piece 77a are inserted into the upper side of the wire. The lever 96 is pivotally moved, and the forward- backward sliding shaft 67 only is advanced. The second L-type lever 83 is pushed by the tip of the forward-backward sliding shaft 67, the first L-type lever 81 is pivotally moved, the second feeding roller 76 is closed after it is moved to the closing position from the opening position together with movable mouth piece 77b and closed, and the wire is guided to the mouth piece and retained by the rollers 75 and 76. Accordingly, as the tip of the wire pulled out from a bobbin and cut into a fixed length is fixed and the other end is reversed and fed to the core, the feeding and insertion of the wire to the core can be performed efficiently. |
