PURPOSE:To enhance a memory using efficiency by dividing a memory area of a second memory element and apparently belonging to a part of the memory element of plural first memory elements. CONSTITUTION:Based on plural first memory elements 1, 2, a second memory element 3, and a host bit signal of an address signal, a part of the memory elements and the second memory element 3 of the plural first elements 1, 2 are selected. A selecting circuit 7 selects a memory area of the second memory element 3 correspondingly to a part of the selected memory elements. Thereby, a memory device of high memory using efficiency can be obtained.
