PURPOSE:To provide a card form stamp capable of being easily contained in a card holder, a wallet or the like and handy to carry, by constituting the card form stamp of a projected stamp and a recessed part provided in a surface of a holding piece opposed to the stamp so as to fit the stamp therein. CONSTITUTION:When a sliding piece 2 is slidden by fingers, a substantially tonque form turnable piece 3 formed by providing a cut in the piece 2 is turned toward or away from the holding piece 1. The projected stamp 4 is fixed on the surface of the turnable piece 3 opposed to the holding piece 1, and the surface of the holding piece 1 opposed to the stamp 4 is provided with the recessed part 5 for fitting the stamp 4 therein. The card form stamp can be easily contained in a debit card holder, a plastic money holder, a wallet or the like, and is handy to carry.
