PURPOSE:To improve radiation performance more by forming radiation fins so that intermediate parts are separated mutually and both side edge parts are superposed. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of a rotating body is equipped with an external cylinder which has a photosensitive layer formed on its surface when used as a photosensitive drum of forms a support conveying part for transfer paper when used as a cooling roller, and an internal cylinder 3 for bearing which is provided therein concentrically. Those cylinders 2 and 3 are coupled together in one body with plural radial coupling ribs 4. Then plural radiation fins 5 are inserted and installed radially in axial directions between adjacent radial coupling ribs 4 and 4 between the internal and external cylinders 3 and 2. Those radiation fins 5 are each formed by folding a beltlike plate 6 which has recessed parts 61 and 61 at nearly symmetrical positions about the breadth-wise center line L inward along the center line and then tip parts together.
