PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of decarburization and denitrification by mixing gas with pouring flow to pulverive a molten metal in the stage of pouring the molten metal via a pouring device into a reduced pressure vessel. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 2 is poured via the pouring device from a vessel 1 for the molten metal into the reduced pressure vessel 4. There is a mixing means for mixing the gas with the molten metal 2 in the above- mentioned pouring, by which means the gas is mixed with the pouring flow. The granular drops of the molten metal 2 poured into the vessel 4 is thus pulverized. |
