PURPOSE:To contrive to mold a precisely molded product at high yield by providing the pressure detector detecting the back pressure to a screw and the control mechanism controlling an advancing and retreating motor, comparing the detected pressure value by said pressure detector with a set pressure value. CONSTITUTION:When resin is supplied into an injection for rotation, the retreating of the screw accompanied with the feed of resin may be suppressed, applying a specified back pressure, by controlling the revolution number of an advancing and retreating motor 30 or torque limitter value, comparing the output of a pressure detector 13 with the set value of pressure by a control mechanism 66, whereby the kneaded condition of the resin in the injection cylinder may be kept to be constant. Accordingly, the molded product in the mold is easily kept at high quality. Even if the product is continuously injection molded, the quality of the product is made stable and inferior products do not occur, which is most suitable for precisely molding. |
