PURPOSE:To expose and develop a heat development photosensitive material almost at the same time by providing an exposure head and a heating head opposite to the periphery of a rotary drum which is wound with a heat develop ment photosensitive material, and moving the exposure head and heating head in axial direction of the rotary drum corresponding to the rotation of the rotary drum. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 28 is rotated clockwise, a belt large wheel 32 also rotates clockwise and a scanning head 22 is moved through a wire 50 as shown by an arrow B. The rotary drum 21 rotates a synchronism with the rotation of the motor 28. An original is read by an original scanner reader 58 and a red exposure part 54R, a green exposure part 54G, and a blue exposure part 54B emit light beams of red, green, and blue to the development photosensitive materials wound around the rotary drum 21 during the movement of the scanning head 22. Consequently, the photosensitive material is exposed to an image of the original over the scan. Further, a laser oscillator 62 heats and develops the heat development photosensitive material during the movement of the scanning head 22.
