PURPOSE:To effectively prevent generation of an off-track by reciprocating a movable body while energizing in one direction. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 is made precise at a fixed rotating angle to pull a movable member 8 by a steel belt 34, reversely rotate the motor 2 and restore the movable body 8 by an energizing force and reciprocate the movable body 8 once. Accordingly, an engaging range of gears 24-30 is not usually changed. After a position of the movable body 8 with respect to the magnetic disk 16 is adjusted once, even if the movable body 8 is reciprocated any times, a home position and an operating range of the movable body 8 becomes constant and a form of the steel belt 34 can be simplified. Further, by folding back the steel belt 34, a reduction ratio is increased and the movable body 8 can be moved minutely.
