PURPOSE:To obtain a frame rate of 30 frames/second more or less at executing fluoroscopy and at photographing, as it is of high resolution by providing independent adjustment sections at executing fluoroscopy and at photographing to a deflecting circuit and a beam focus control circuit of an image pickup tube respectively. CONSTITUTION:The synchronizing signal generators 1 and 2 are the synchronizing signal generators for executing fluoroscopy and photographing, respectively. By the drive of a switch SW0, the switches SW1-S5 are brought down to the upper side at executing fluoroscopy, and to the lower side at photographing. The variable resistors R1, R3, R5 and R6 are regulators for fluoroscopy, and the variable resistors, and the variable resistors R2, R4, R6 and R8 are regulators for photographing. In such a way, the deflection control and the beam focus control of the image pickup tube are independently performed, respectively.
