<p>A film condenser is manufd. by filling synthetic resin in a case to lay insulating film. Two terminals (2) on a terminal board (1) are soldered to a condenser element. An insulating plate(6) is laid in the case (5), and insulating synthetic resin liquid (7) is poured in the case to the level of 1/3 height. Resin films (8) and the element body (4) are installed in the case. After sealing the upper part (9) of the case, the condenser is set upside down. Then, insulating films (11), (12) are coated on the inner wall of the case and the outer wall of the element body during hardening of the synthetic resin. The product has good endurance against thermal shock.</p> |
