MENU SELECTION SYSTEM OF DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To attain the reselection of a high-order menu by displaying the histories and to start the processing when the least significant menu is selected. CONSTITUTION:The menu of the 1st stage layer is displayed on the highest stage 3 and then a menu 1 is selected. In this case, the menu set at a place lower by a stage is displayed on a menu display area 4. Then a menu of the next lower stage is displayed on a menu display area 5. When a high-order menu is selected again, a new corresponding display is given or the corresponding processing is carried out. The execution processing routines are displayed on menus 6 and 7.
