PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of communication between processors when the input/output statement is executed by providing the first input output control means to a calculating processor needed for executing the input/output statement and the second input output control means to the control processor. CONSTITUTION:By starting to execute the input statement of a user program 5, the program 5 calls a PTP input output control part 7 in a calculating processor 1 four times in order to pass the control information and layouts A, B and C (input output and information) for the input. The control 7 stores these to an information group storing area 10, the area 10 is full or the layout is stored, and then, the communication between an RTP input/output control part 8 of a control processor 2 and a processor is executed. Thus, the control part 8 removes the control information and the layout stored at the area 10 one by one, and calls the operating system 9 of the processor 2 by the number of times needed only.
