PURPOSE:To eliminate waveform distortion of the output after an analog low- pass filter and to mold a frequency spectrum in the desired band by latching the logical gate output once, executing the outputting through an inverter, and making constant the time width of respective pulses of the aperture output sent to an aperture correcting circuit. CONSTITUTION:In an aperture output generating circuit 5, a signal D and a clock phi are inputted into a NAND gate 6, and an output 6a is inputted into a latch circuit 7. In a latch circuit 7, by a clock phi1 and an inverting clock phi', the data are latched and outputted. Thus, when the data are latched once, the constant value is latched even when a signal 6a fluctuates with time, and since the data are outputted as an inverter, the signal of the constant pulse width can be obtained as an aperture output Q1.
