PURPOSE:To thin the thickness of a device by sticking a lens array layer and a photoelectric element array layer integrally on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:On a transparent substrate 1, a lens array layer 3 in which micro lenses 2 are arranged in one- or two-dimentionally and a photoelectric element array layer 5 that has picture elements 4 corresponding to each lens 2 are stuck integrally so that each lens 2 is arrayed to correspond to each picture element 4. And a light beam that is made incident from the surface of the lens is condensed on the neighborhood of the rear surface of the substrate 1.
