PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of free oxygen even in the operating condition under a air ratio 1.0 by ejecting mixed gas being made by collision blending of burning air with gas fuel from a port outlet with high velocity or under 220m/s. CONSTITUTION:A air nozzle 24 which is formed in a burner tip 22 installed at a tip end of a burned and connected to a air path 33, and also a gas nozzle 25 which is connected to a upper part of said air nozzle 24 with an acute angle and also connected to a gas nozzle 21 are provided. A mixing port 26 is formed at the downstream of the juncture of nozzle 24 and 25, and by this mixing port 26, burning air and fuel gas the blended after collision. Said mixed gas is enabled to be ejected from a port outlet 27 with a velocity of or under 220m/s and operation is also enabled to be made under a air ratio 1.0.
