PURPOSE:To change the period when a load is kept on the to alter easily an acting time by installing the operating part of a power source switch and that of an adjusting means on the surface exposing a plate when the plate of the switch is covered. CONSTITUTION:The switch case 10 of the automatic delay switch is constituted of a cover 9 for covering a body 8 and its front, and a printed circuit board where an automatic delay circuit is disposed on the body 8 is arranged. Thereon the operating part 15 of the changeover switch of a control part is disposed, and is slid to alter the acting time of the control part. A fixed base stand is installed on the operating part 15, and on the stand the operating part 23 of a power source switch is disposed, whereby the front surface of the projecting part 9a of the operating part 23 is set to an operating surface. Then the operating parts 23 and 15 control the power source switch of the control part of the automatic delay circuit and a control circuit in the state where the cover 9 covers the body 8, alteration of the time when the load is turned on and the time when it is kept on is facilitated.
