PURPOSE:To attain excellent shock resistance and vibration resistance by prolonging a prolonged part holding a crystal oscillator chip and jointing a holding part of the crystal oscillator chip of a supporter having elasticity and conductivity and a fixing part to a circuit board or the like in the direction of the plane of the crystal oscillating chip. CONSTITUTION:One end of a couple of metallic springs 11 being a supporter of the crystal oscillating chip 10 is fixed with the crystal oscillating chip 10 with a conductive adhesives 12 with electric continuity and the other end is fixed to the circuit board 18 constituting an oscillating circuit comprising a transistor 15 or the like with electric continuity via a prolonged part 11b prolonged in the direction of the plane of the crystal oscillator chip 10 continuously. Then the circuit board 18 is fixed to a lead pin 2 of a stem 19 and sealed by a cap. A plate spring is used as a metallic spring 11, and a rod form spring can be used and any type of material is used when elasticity is provided and electric continuity is applied. The similar effect is obtained when the prolonged part is prolonged in the direction of plane of the crystal oscillating chip.
