PURPOSE:To attain transmission utilizing a line effectively by using a data frame added with a redudance bit to detect an error and a sequence number specific to original data and a state confirming frame to inform the error state detected by the redundancy bit. CONSTITUTION:The redundancy bit given to a frame is utilized in an error detection circuit 103 to detect the error. The frame discriminated as error is abolished and the remaining frame is subjected to read for data frame number added to the 2nd data communication line by a number detection circuit 105. Then the frame is stored in a proper location of a buffer circuit 106 and outputted in the arranged order, the output is intermitted at the idle frame until being retransmitted to recover the difference in the order of frame arrival. A number detection circuit 107 reads the number of data frame added for the 1st data communication line, and a buffer circuit 108 intermits the output of frame until the idle frame is released by the retransmission. Thus, the difference in the frame arrival order caused by the error in the 1st data communication line is recovered.
