PURPOSE:To obtain an edible sheet having excellent processability and applicable to various fields such as the topping of SUSHI, pastry shell for a dumpling, tidbit, etc., by laminating a food sheet to one or both surfaces of an edible film. CONSTITUTION:An arbitrary food sheet such as a sheet of fish, shellfish, algae, agricultural product, meat, etc. is laminated to a surface or both surfaces of an edible film, preferably a starchy film such as a medicinal wafer preferably having an oil layer on the surface, and is integrated to obtain an edible wet sheet. If necessary, the wet sheet is dried with hot dry air, and optionally rolled with a hot roller to obtain an edible dry sheet. |
