PURPOSE:To protect a microstrip line with a laminated plastic film and to improve stability with respect to the environmental change by providing a ground conductor on the back of a dielectric layer and disposing the microstrip line made of a metallic film on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A plane antenna is constituted of an antenna circuit board 1 and a converter 2, and the dielectric layer 3 made of polyethylene is formed on the circuit board 1. The ground conductor 4 is formed on the back of the dielectric layer 3, and on the surface the microstrip line 5 made of the metallic oil is disposed. Moreover the plastic film 6 is laminated on the strip line 5 to protect said line 5. The ultraviolet ray shield processing is applied to the film 6, which is coated with a fluorine paint. Then the dielectric layer 3 made of polyethylene reduces a transmission loss, and the film 6 can improve the stability with respect tot he environmental change.
