These improvements relate to: 1. The piston and its sphere, a large 0 is given to the latter so that the piston 4 is, above all, its sealing ring. This sphere 3 thus absorbs most of the stresses and the very lightweight piston remains perfectly round and provides perfect sealing with just one ring. 2. A pulsing device 20 is incorporated into the lubrication circuit, and punctually injects the volume necessary for damping out the sphere-piston impacts, a special arrangement of the lubrication ducts and of the valve 22 makes it possible periodically to cut off the general lubrication to ensure the efficiency of the pulsing device; a conventional pump, not represented, circulates the lubricant. 3. Injection is carried out by the injector 16, which is adjustable from outside via the stop piece 17, and receives the diesel fuel from the conventional injector 18 which gives pressure to the jet and returns the excess liquid to the circuit; a conventional pump, not represented, feeds the injectors. 4. Suitable openings 31 are formed on the sides of the crank case on the axis of the working 0 of the wheels to create a flow of air inside the engine, which activates the cooling. 5. A stator 30, cooperating with a nozzle 9 recovers the energy which is lost in the exhaust.
