发明名称 PYROELECTRIC TYPE THERMAL IMAGERY DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is small in size and has high density by consisting the device of a pyroelectric body which receives the irradiation of a thermal imagery via an IR optical system prior to the passage of a reading probe position. CONSTITUTION:The pyroelectric body 1 made into a disk shape rotates in an arrow direction and has a common electrode 2 on the bottom surface. A probe 3 for reading electric charge contacts with the body 1 and moves back and forth in the diametral direction thereof. A disk slit 4 for light modulation is provided to face the body 1 and rotates in the arrow direction opposite from the rotating direction of the body 1. A part 5 where the thermal imagery remains is formed to part of the body 1. The IR rays from above in the figure are made to remain as the electric charge on the body 1 for each one line of the image by the slit 4 rotating oppositely from the body 1. The part 5 where the thermal imagery remains is two-dimensionally swept relatively with the forward and backward movement of the probe 3 and the rotation of the body 1, by which the thermal imagery can be taken out.
