PURPOSE:To drop the pressure of a discharging diode without adding newly a part by connecting a diode in the reverse bias direction across the base and the emitter of one transistor comprising a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:A trigger voltage is impressed on the input of a pulse output circuit, and transistors TRs Q1-Q6 comprising a constant current source charge a capacitor C. During the charging a pulse is outputted, and the charge of the capacitor C is discharged through the diode D when a voltage is not impressed. The diode D is connected in the reverse bias direction across the base and the emitter of one transistor TR Q2 of the current mirror circuit comprising some part of the constant current source of the output circuit. A current decided by a resistance R1 at the time of inputting and impressing is reflected by the mirror circuit to discharge it to the capacitor C, and its charge is discharged to a power source line by the diode D connected to the TR Q2. Then voltages at both ends of the diode D are limited to voltage drops in the TRs Q1 and Q2, and accordingly the pressure of the discharging diode is reduced.
